HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days

Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?



We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

RETURN + REFUND POLICY


Due to nature of the product and because after someone tries on a wig, it becomes a personal hygiene and health risk factor. Therefore, we offer 7 day return policy or exchanges only for unworn items.  There are no returns or refunds on sale items.

Our return policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at support@hairdramaboutique.com and we will be able to assist you. 

For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error. 

For returns, please email support@hairdramaboutique.com with the subject line 'Returns' and include your order number, name and reason for the return

We will provide you with the instructions where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of the postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations. 

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved because the original goods were damaged or at the fault of Hair Drama Boutique, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.



Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2-5 business days.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.
